Information technology and civil liberties
Personal data relating to customers, collected via the various forms, is intended for the exclusive use of Sofraden in the context of the implementation of its services. Sofraden stores users' personal data on its own servers and undertakes to keep the personal data collected strictly confidential.
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, users have, in accordance with Article 34 of the Law of 6 January 1978, the right to access data concerning them, as well as the right to modify and delete such data. To exercise this right, they simply need to send a letter or e-mail to Sofraden using the contact details above.
Intellectual property
The user undertakes not to reproduce, summarise, modify, alter or redistribute any text, title, application, logo, brand, information or illustration without the publisher's express prior authorisation, other than for strictly private use, which excludes any representation for professional purposes or mass redistribution.
