MECHANICAL SITE MANAGER (F/H)

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager (F/H) for a replacement position at Sofraden, which is located near the Châteaucreux train station in Saint-Etienne.
Your missions
As the company's representative on the sites and the main contact for customers, you are responsible for the proper execution of the assembly of equipment and complete industrial units.
You are responsible for steering operations (quality, cost, deadlines, safety), management and management of your projects (budget, material and human resources, objectives, planning, current estimates, measurements, logistics, relations with the design office, etc.).
You will monitor and supervise the entire site by coordinating your colleagues, service providers and suppliers. You will organise and participate in the adjustments and tests before start-up.
You profile
You will be able to work in a team environment with a high degree of flexibility and flexibility in the way you work.
Your significant experience in industrial site management, your leadership and your great sense of communication allow you to be at ease in team management, relations with suppliers, customers and service providers.
You are rigorous and organised, in order to meet the requirements in terms of deadlines, costs, quality and safety. Finally, to succeed in this international context, you have a good command of English.
Frequent travel is expected.
